Returns Policy
We guarantee that all products will arrive in perfect condition at the shipping address provided. If you are not fully satisfied with the quality of your order upon receipt, please contact us at orders@kahvedunyasi.com within 48 hours, including a detailed description and photographs, to request a replacement or exchange. Due to the perishable nature of our products, requests without proper documentation will not be eligible for reshipment. KahveDunyasi reserves the right to limit replacements.
KahveDunyasi is not liable for failed deliveries due to:
- An incorrect or outdated address
- The recipient being unavailable
- Failure to provide a new or amended delivery address within 24 hours of the first delivery attempt
Orders returned or redirected because of incorrect addresses may incur additional charges based on the courier's policies in the destination country.
Replacements and Refunds
All requests for replacements must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order by contacting our customer care team at orders@kahvedunyasi.com. Once your request is approved, replacement items will be shipped within 2-5 business days. If a replacement is not feasible, a refund will be processed through the original payment method. Refunds may take 10 to 30 business days to appear in your account. To qualify for a replacement or refund, at least one of the following conditions must be met:
- The product was damaged during delivery
- The product is defective or expired
- The wrong product was sent
